Blue Sky was opened in 2006 by two friends, Ryan and Jenn. They were both avid cyclists and loved spending time outdoors. Jenn was working as a barista at the time, and she quickly realized that there wasn’t a good place to buy bikes in Portland. So, with the help of her friend Ryan, they decided to open up their bike shop!

How to Get at Blue Sky
You can get to Blue Sky by bike, bus, or car. There’s a parking lot available for customers, and the shop is also accessible by bike!
If you want to take the bus, take the number 19 or 20 and get off at the stop on Division and 18th.
Take the Springwater Corridor to get there if you’re coming by bike. The shop is just a few blocks away from the trail!
You can also drive and park in Blue Sky’s lot for customers. Just arrive early, as it tends to fill up quickly!
