Our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the square footage of your home. Simply go to our booking page and enter this information and you will see your price calculated for you.

Simply click 'Book Now' and fill out the booking form. We ask you to describe your home (number of bedrooms and bathrooms), choose any optional extras you might want, and securely confirm your payment. Future bookings are even faster once you’ve registered—get a cleaner in one click!
It’s easy—just let us know how the maids can gain entry in the special instructions when you make your booking. Most customers leave a key under the mat, in a lockbox, or provide a code for the garage door so that we can enter and exit their home when they are not there. Our Pros are very trustworthy and will be sure to lock up afterward.
Yes, upon request, we can use green, eco-friendly cleaning supplies that are safe, environmentally friendly, and free of harsh chemicals.
NW Maids has a cleaning checklist that your cleaning professional will follow. You can leave additional notes in your account after checkout, contact us, or provide instructions during your cleaning.
The following extra services are available if selected at checkout: inside the fridge, inside the oven, inside windows, deep cleaning, inside cabinets, inside the basement, or laundry.

Yes, our Pros bring all the supplies and equipment needed to provide the service. You are welcome to request that we use your supplies or products if you prefer!
You can log in to your account to cancel or reschedule your booking. You can also contact us in various ways, including online chat, by phone at (206) 508-5850, or by email at [email protected].
Please note that there is a $70 cancellation fee if a change or cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your service is scheduled. All changes or cancellations must be made through the online booking system, email, or phone.
A deep cleaning is required if your home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days or more. It allows extra time for our Pros to remove all the dust, dirt, and grime from corners, cracks, and crevices, bringing your home back up to our rigorous standards.
A standard cleaning is suited for maintenance service after a deep cleaning has been completed or if your home has already been professionally cleaned regularly.
We will make every effort to send the same Pros each time. If one of our Pros is sick or on vacation, we will send a substitute cleaner or cleaners that use our platform to ensure uninterrupted service. You can also request a specific Pro or Pros in the notes, and we will do our best to honor your request.

Q: How much does it cost to hire a professional cleaning company?
A: We strive to make our cleaning services as straightforward and transparent as possible. To achieve this, we have developed a flat-rate pricing system that is fair for both our clients and us.
Q: What if I only want a few specific items or a few specific rooms cleaned?

Q: When am I charged for my cleaning?
A: We place a hold on the card you have on file with us 24 hours prior to your cleaning appointment and charge your card after the cleaning has been completed. (Note: The exception is if you purchased a gift certificate; your card will be charged at the time of purchase.)
Q: How can I be assured that my payment information is secure?
A: Our website uses highly encrypted and secure software available in the industry through a secure SSL connection, and your transactions are insured through our providers.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept for your services?
A: We accept credit and debit card payments only. No checks, cash, or other payment options are available, and payment is due at the time of service.

Q: How many maids will be at my home?
A: We use a single cleaner model, so every home is assigned one NW Maids Pro. However, if the home is larger or our schedule is busy, we may send two or more cleaners.
Q: Will I have the same maid every time?
A: We will always try to schedule the same NW Maids Pro for your home each time. However, there may be occasions when they are sick or unable to clean on your scheduled day, and at that time, we will assign another one of our Pros to your home.
Q: How do you ensure that we are getting a maid we can trust?
A: We have several methods to ensure that the Pros working with NW Maids are positive, trustworthy, and exceptional cleaners:
1. Our process is thorough and involved, requiring significant effort from our Pros. This helps weed out those who don’t want to clean early in the process.
2. We work only with highly qualified Pros who have a strong employment history and require them to have previous clients whom we interview to verify the quality of their work, attitude, and punctuality.
3. All our NW Maids Pros have passed national and local background checks, as well as additional aptitude tests to determine if they are a good fit for NW Maids and our clients.
4. Our rating system filters out those who do not meet our quality standards. After each cleaning, you will receive a simple survey. Positive survey responses can lead to performance bonuses, while negative responses can result in probation or even termination.
5. Finally, we are an excellent company to work for, which attracts the best of the best!

Q: Does someone have to be home for my cleaning?
A: As long as we have access to your home, no one needs to be there during your cleaning. Most one-time cleaning clients leave a key hidden, leave the door unlocked, have a family member let us in, or grant access through a garage code. For recurring clients, most provide us with a key to access the home.
Q: Who provides the cleaning supplies?
A: We provide all typical cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment.
Q: What exactly is your 100% Happiness Guarantee?
A: We will re-clean the missed areas/items within 24 hours, and if you are still not happy, we will issue a refund.
Q: How do I tip my maid?
A: You can tip through our booking system, or you can give any tips in cash directly to your maid.
Q: Do you offer green or eco-friendly cleaning?
A: In the science of cleaning chemicals, 100% green cleaning cannot be achieved, but we do utilize eco-friendly cleaning chemicals with all our services.

Q: How can I claim my gift certificate?
A: You can redeem it by scheduling online and using your gift certificate code in the discount field on our "Book Now" page.
Q: Can I use my gift certificate multiple times?
A: Yes, we are willing to work with our clients to ensure that your certificate can be used until the balance is depleted.
Q: How can I tell what balance I have remaining on my gift certificate?
A: Once you have created an account using the email you received when the gift card was issued, you will be able to view and schedule your cleaning and check your balance from within your account.
Q: Are my gift certificates non-refundable or transferable?
A: Due to the nature of gift certificates, we are unable to refund any gift certificates that were purchased more than 30 days ago. They can only be redeemed by the purchaser or the individual the gift was intended for.
Q: Do gift certificates have an expiration date?
A: Yes, your gift certificates are valid for up to 5 years from the date of purchase. If they are not used within those 5 years, you will not be able to schedule your cleaning using the gift code provided.

We use Stripe to secure your credit card information. We never share your data unless you request a quote for other services. In that case, we will send your contact information to our trusted partners who offer those services.
