Our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the square footage of your home. Simply go to our booking page and enter this information and you will see your price calculated for you.

Easy, just tell us how the maids can gain entry in the special instructions when you make your booking. Most customers leave a key under the mat, in a lock box, or provide a code for the garage door so that we can get in and out of their home for the service when they are not home. Our teams are very trustworthy and will be sure to lock up afterwards.

Yes, upon your request we can use green, eco-friendly cleaning supplies that are safe, good for the environment, and don’t contain any harsh chemicals.

NW Maids has a cleaning checklist that your cleaning professional will follow. You can leave additional notes in your account after checkout, by contacting us, or by providing instructions during your cleaning.
The following extra services are available if selected at checkout: inside the fridge, inside the oven, inside windows, deep cleaning, inside cabinets, inside basement, or laundry.

Yes, our cleaners bring all supplies and equipment needed to provide the service. You are welcome to request that we use your supplies or products instead if you prefer!

Please note that there is a $70 cancellation fee if a change or cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your service is scheduled. All changes or cancellations must be made through the online booking system, email, or phone.

A deep cleaning is required if your home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days or more. It allows extra time for your cleaners to get all of the dust, dirt, and grime out of the corners, cracks, and crevices, and bring your home back up to our rigorous standards.
A standard cleaning is suited for maintenance service after a deep cleaning has been completed, or if your home has already been professionally cleaned on a regular basis.

We will make every effort to send the same team every time. If one of our team members is sick or on vacation we will be sure to send a substitute team member or team so that you will receive continued service. You can also request a specific team member or team in the note and we will do our best to honor your request.

Q. How Much Does It Cost To Hire A Professional Cleaning Company?
A. We try to make our cleaning services as upfront and simple as we can, so we have developed a flat rate pricing system that works well and is fair for us and our clients.
Q. What If I Only Want A Few Specific Items Or Specific Rooms Cleaned?
A. We want to offer our clients a service that fits their situation, so we have a flexible “Priority Clean” option and this is done at our hourly rate, and performed based on what you would like us to clean. Please call us at (206) 508-5850 to book hourly cleaning.

Q. When Am I Charged For My Cleaning?
A. We place a hold on the card you have on file with us, 24 hours prior to your cleaning appointment and charge your card after your cleaning has been completed. (Note: The exception is if you purchased a gift certificate your card will be charged at the time of purchase)
Q. How Can I be Assured That My Payment Information is Secure?
A. Our website service provided uses the most highly encrypted and secure software available in the industry through a secure SSL connection, and your transactions are insured through our providers.
Q. What Form Of Payments Do You Accept For Your Services?
A. We accept Credit & Debit card payments only. No Checks, Cash, or Payment Options are available, and payment is due at time of services.

Q. How Many Maids Will Be At My Home?
A. We use the single cleaner model, so every home is assigned to 1 NW Maids Pro, however if the home is larger, or our schedule is busy we may send 2 or more.
Q. Will I Have The Same Maid Every Time?
A. We will always try to schedule the same NW Maids Pro for your home each and every time. However, there will be times when they are sick or unable to clean on your scheduled day and at that time we will have to assign another one of our Pros for your home.
Q. How Do You Make Sure We Are Getting A Maid That I Can Trust?
A. We have several ways to make sure the Pros that work with NW Maids are positive, trustworthy & awesome cleaners.
1. Our process is involved and thorough, requiring a great effort from our Pros. This weeds out those who don’t want to clean, early in the process.
2. We work only with highly qualified Pros who have a great employment history & require them to have previous clients who we interview to verify the quality of the applicants work, attitude & punctuality.
3. All our NW Maids Pros have passed a national and local background check, as well as an additional aptitude tests to determine if they are a good fit for NW Maids & our Clients.
4. Our rating system filters out those who do not live up to our quality standards. After each cleaning you will be sent a simple survey. Positive survey responses can dictate a performance bonus while negative responses can result in probation and even termination.
5. Finally, we are an awesome company to work for and that attracts the best of the best!

Q. Does Someone Have To Be Home For My Cleaning?
A. As long as we have access to your home no one needs to be there during your cleaning. Most one time cleaning clients leave a key hidden, the door unlocked, have a family member let us in, or grants access through a garage code. For recurring clients, most provide us with a key to access the home.
Q. Who Provides The Cleaning Supplies?
A. We provide all typical cleaning supplies & cleaning equipment.
Q. What Exactly Is Your 200% Guarantee?
A. We will re-clean the missed areas/itmes within 24 hours, and if you are still not happy we will issue a refund.
Q. How Do I Tip My Maid?
You can tip through our booking system, or you can give any tips in cash directly to your Maid.
Q. Do You Offer Green or Eco-Friendly Cleaning?
In the science of cleaning chemicals, 100% green cleaning cannot be achieved, but we do utilize eco-friendly cleaning chemicals with all our services.

Q. How can I claim my Gift Certificate?
You can redeem by scheduling online, and using your gift certificate code in the discount field on our book now page.
Q. Can I use my Gift Certificate multiple times?
Yes, We are willing to work with our clients to make sure that your certificates are used til the balance is depleted.
Q. How can I tell what balance I have remaining on my Gift Certificate?
Once you have created an account from the email you received when the gift card was received you will be able to view and schedule your cleaning and/or balance from within your account.
Q. Are my Gift Certificates are non-refundable, or transferable?
Due to the nature of gift certificates we are unable to refund any gift certificates that have been purchased more than 30 days prior to the purchase date, and can only be redeemed by the purchaser or the individual the gift was intended for.
Q. Do gift certificates have an expiration date?
Yes, your gift certificates are good for up to 5 years from the date of purchase, if they are not used within those 5 years you will not be able to schedule your cleaning utilizing the gift code provided.
