You pick your favorite Pros and we do our best to send them every time, and after a couple visits they already know the gate code down to the dock and which lake-view windows you never want anything harsh on. The discount is real and it comes off every single clean and not just the first one ‐ 10% monthly, 15% biweekly, 20% weekly.

Deep Cleaning

Usually the right first visit if the place hasn’t had a full reset in a while, or a good one after a wet winter. We get in the oven, inside the cabinets, along the baseboards and trim, into the window tracks and the vents, and up to the light fixtures and the tall lake-view glass a lot of these homes are built around.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Buying, selling, or turning over a rental, we do these all the time on the Eastside. A move-out is a different job than a normal clean because you’re not really cleaning for a person, you’re cleaning for whoever walks through with the checklist. So we clean it for what actually gets looked at.
