Trusted Maid Service in Kirkland
Kirkland lives on the water and the houses show it. Down in Moss Bay and Houghton you’ve got lakefront and view homes with docks and decks and a ton of glass facing Lake Washington. Walk up from Marina Park and downtown is newer condos and townhomes stacked above the shops and restaurants. Then Juanita and Rose Hill and Bridle Trails are established family neighborhoods on bigger wooded lots, and up at Totem Lake a whole wave of new apartments and townhomes went in around the Google campus and the mall. So a Houghton waterfront home and a downtown condo and a Totem Lake townhome are three different jobs and we plan each one around the house that’s actually in front of us. NW Maids has cleaned Kirkland since 2013 and we’ve done more than 40,000 homes around Portland and Puget Sound. A lot of our people here are tech professionals and busy families who’d rather spend a Saturday out on the water than on the baseboards. You get a flat rate you see before you book, and if we miss something we come back and clean it again for free.

Our Services
Home Cleaning
A regular one-time clean with a checklist you set room by room. Same flat price, nothing tacked on after.
Apartment and Condo Cleaning
For the downtown buildings above Marina Park and the new Totem Lake towers. Leave us the gate code or the elevator and parking situation when you book or the first fifteen minutes get spent standing outside your building.
Recurring Cleaning
This is where most of our Kirkland clients land. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly. You pick your favorite Pros and we do our best to send them every time, and after a couple visits they already know the gate code down to the dock and which lake-view windows you never want anything harsh on. The discount is real and it comes off every single clean and not just the first one ‐ 10% monthly, 15% biweekly, 20% weekly.
Deep Cleaning
Usually the right first visit if the place hasn’t had a full reset in a while, or a good one after a wet winter. We get in the oven, inside the cabinets, along the baseboards and trim, into the window tracks and the vents, and up to the light fixtures and the tall lake-view glass a lot of these homes are built around.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Buying, selling, or turning over a rental, we do these all the time on the Eastside. A move-out is a different job than a normal clean because you’re not really cleaning for a person, you’re cleaning for whoever walks through with the checklist. So we clean it for what actually gets looked at.
