You pick your favorite Pros and we do our best to send them every time, and after a couple visits they already know the old brass hardware gets dusted and not sprayed and which door off the carport actually opens. We get in the oven, inside the cabinets, along the baseboards and trim, into the window tracks and the sashes, and up to the light fixtures. In an older bowl cottage this is where we dig out what’s been building up for years.

Downsizing, selling a family home, or turning over a rental, we do these all the time. A move-out is a different job than a normal clean because you’re not really cleaning for a person, you’re cleaning for whoever walks through with the checklist. So we clean it for what actually gets looked at.
