Words From Our Clients

The ladies who came to clean were a mother-daughter team. They were so sweet, and cleaned my apartment like the bosses they are. It felt like a new apartment, and they spent a solid 3.5 hours on the place. So grateful and would hire them again.

How Safe Is Medina Washington?

Medina, Washington, is a city of just under five thousand residents. The entire state has less than one million people living in it, and the population density is only about forty-five per square mile. Medina's crime rate statistics are pretty low compared to other cities its size or larger because there aren't many opportunities for criminal activity here. Less than one percent of the population is involved in organized crime, and there are few prisons or jails anywhere nearby. The only major city close to Medina is Seattle which has a small prison but not enough traffic coming through here every day to make it an attractive target for criminals on the run.

Medina is great for raising a family because it's quiet and peaceful. There aren't many opportunities for crime to occur here, but there are still enough stores and restaurants that you can go out without needing to drive into Seattle or any other nearby city. The community is small enough where everyone knows each other by name. Medina has something for everyone, including outdoor activities like hiking and biking and indoor entertainment such as theaters for concerts and plays.

Medina Washington's economy hasn't always been this strong. The city was initially founded as a religious community that could serve the higher members of society, including politicians, business owners, and other wealthy individuals who wanted to live outside the hustle-and-bustle of Seattle life but still be close enough for convenience sake. Over time Medina grew bigger and attracted more people looking for somewhere quiet to live and raise a family. It wasn't long before the city became a suburb of Seattle, which took away some businesses and attracted new ones willing to relocate their company into this growing community where land was plentiful. Real estate prices weren't as high as in other parts of King County, Washington.

Medina, Washington, is a city of upscale neighborhoods with luxury homes that are more affordable than they would be just about anywhere else. It has great parks for kids and adults alike to enjoy but still manages to remain quiet enough during the night that you can get some sleep without being disturbed by outside noise or activity.
