A regular one-time clean with a checklist you set room by room. Same flat price and nothing tacked on at the door.
Apartment and Condo Cleaning

Recurring Maid Service
This is the one most Everett clients end up on, especially the Boeing and Navy and hospital folks working rotating shifts. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Usually the right first visit if the place hasn’t had a full reset in a while, or a seasonal one. We get in the oven, inside the cabinets, along the baseboards and the trim, into the window tracks, and up to the light fixtures. In the older north-end houses this is where we turn up the stuff that’s been sitting behind and under things for years.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
There’s a lot of coming and going here with Boeing and the base, people transferring in or shipping out or turning over a rental, so we do these all the time. A move-out is a different job than a normal clean because you’re not really cleaning for a person, you’re cleaning for whoever walks through with the checklist, so we clean it for what actually gets looked at.
