Cleaning challenges unique to Tacoma homes
Saltwater air. Homes that are close to Commencement Bay, the Foss Waterway, or Point Defiance get a lot of fine salt residue on the windows, exterior fixtures, and metal surfaces. Standard window cleaner doesn’t always cut it, so our Pros use a vinegar-based solution that cleans mineral deposits without streaking.
PNW winter mud and wet leaves. Tacoma’s October to March wet season means mud gets tracked in, leaves blow into entryways, and dampness settles into rugs and grout. Our deep clean includes entryway floors, baseboards, and everything that a regular cleaning skips.
