Pick your favorite Pros and we’ll do our best to send them every time, so after a couple visits they already know your buzzer’s finicky and which way the elevator key turns. Usually the right first visit if the place hasn’t had a full reset in a while. We get in the oven, inside the cabinets, along the baseboards, into the window tracks and the vents, and up to the light fixtures. In the loft conversions this is where we get the grime out of the exposed brick and the ductwork and all the stuff a quick wipe-down skips.
