<

The Ravenna Neighborhood

The Ravenna neighborhood is one of the most popular neighborhoods in all of Seattle. This neighborhood is filled with stylish homes that are perfect for families, retirees, or young couples just starting. Whether you’re looking to renovate your home or buy a new one, this area has something for everyone!

The Ravenna Neighborhood is a stylish bridge between the urban and suburban lifestyle. It has all the amenities of downtown Seattle without the traffic. It is a small neighborhood in northeast Seattle that has both historical and modern architecture. It was named after the town of Ravenna, Italy that was established in the 1800s.

About the Ravenna Neighborhood

Seattle’s Ravenna neighborhood is an eclectic mix of housing styles and price points. The homes are both traditional craftsman bungalows and more modern infill houses built in the last five years to meet the demand for this popular, centrally located community. While most buildings within the neighborhood date back at least 70 years, many residents take advantage of their local park system by keeping up with physical fitness activities like running or bicycling on its trails. Ravenna neighborhoods are also close to schools, shopping, and downtown entertainment.

Ravenna Seattle is a gem of a neighborhood. It has the best of both worlds: modern amenities and beautiful, historic homes dating back to 1900! With such excellent access to schools, restaurants, and shops, it’s no surprise why more people are finding their way into this beautiful community all the time. If you live in Ravenna, Seattle, or are thinking about moving there, read on for suggestions as far things do around here. We often believe in outdoor activities like hiking trails and summer festivals when we talk about what to do. If you want something different, perhaps check out one of these exciting landmarks that make up our surroundings even when they’re indoors. The Bertha Landes Memorial Public Library is known as one of the finest in the Seattle area, and it’s easy to see why.

Three central Ravenna neighborhoods make up this section of town, including Bryant, Maple Leaf (north), and View Ridge (south). Most people think of these as distinct areas, but they all blend in one larger neighborhood with easy access to other parts of the city like Roosevelt, Northgate, and Lake City. This makes a living here convenient for those who want an urban lifestyle without necessarily being right downtown. There is also plenty of green space nearby, such as Gas Works Park, which has incredible views over Lake Union and Greenlake just minutes away by bike or car from anywhere in this area!
