One of the best features of NW Maids is that have a roster of contractors so there are fewer cancelations and rescheduled appointments. We've had several different folks from their company come to our home and clean beautifully. And had a couple of folks that had us scratching our heads. (Who cleans your home dressed and made up for a night out? It wasn't clean and we requested that team be taken off our list.) I get it, many businesses are struggling with staffing. Note: There is a two-hour arrival window so make sure you consider that if you're on a tight schedule. Like most services they only schedule cleanings M-F and before 5pm, so if you work from home, you have to juggle rooms.

I booked a cleaning as it was apart of the instructions to move out of our rental house and I was not disappointed. Our house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is rather large and the cleaners took their time with every detail. The house looked more clean than when we first moved in! I would highly recommend this company, they were responsive and communicative with me in a timely manner and even responded to me during the New Years holiday. We booked with a short notice as well and there was no problems with that.

Our move-out cleaning experience with NW maids was fantastic. Robyn did an amazing job. She was extremely friendly, professional and a pleasure to meet. She took her time and did not miss a spot!
