This is what most of our clients up here settle into. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly, and we try hard to keep the same team on your house, which matters in an old place. After a couple visits they know your fir floors don’t want anything soaking wet on them and which basement steps are a little steep. The discount comes off every clean and not just the first one ‐ 10% monthly, 15% biweekly, 20% weekly.

Usually the right first visit if the bungalow hasn’t had a full reset in a while. We get in the oven, inside the cabinets, along the baseboards and trim, into the window tracks, the radiators, the vents, and up to the light fixtures. In a century-old house this is where we find the stuff nobody’s touched in years.
