We have several ways to make sure the Cleaning Technicians are positive, trustworthy & awesome cleaners.

1. Our employment process is involved and thorough, requiring a great deal from our applicants. This weeds out those who don’t want to clean, early in the hiring phase.

2. We only hire highly qualified cleaners who have a great employment history & require them to have previous clients who we interview to verify the quality of the applicants work, attitude & punctuality.

3. All our Cleaning Technicians have passed a national and local background check, as well as an additional aptitude tests to determine if they are a good fit for NW Maids & our Clients.

4. Our rating system filters out those who do not live up to our quality standards. After each cleaning you will be sent a simple survey. Positive survey responses can dictate a performance bonus while negative responses can result in probation and even termination.
