Pinehurst is a family-friendly neighborhood that’s close to everything you need. It’s located just south of the Northgate Mall, so it’s super convenient for shoppers, and north of Greenlake, you can take advantage of all the great amenities this area has to offer.


The Pinehurst Seattle neighborhood is in the north-central section of Seattle, bordered by Northgate to the south and Greenwood to the north. Other nearby schools include Greenwood Elementary School, Ballard High School, World Education Services Language Academy (WELSA), North City Christian school Primary Campus/Eastside campus.
